By now, you should have received a welcome email from us, letting you know that your hosting account has been setup and is ready to use. Please take a few minutes to read through that email - it contains just about everything you'll ever need to know when it comes to accessing, controlling, changing, maintaining, and heaven forbid, cancelling your hosting account.

If you already owned your domain name when you purchased your new hosting account, there's a pretty good chance you can't yet access this page using that domain name. This doesn't mean there's anything wrong with your domain name or your new hosting account. It can take up to 48 hours for changes to your domain name to become available all over the world. That welcome email we sent lets you know how to use your new hosting account until access using your domain name is available.
